I started my career in financial services in 1999 and trained to gain my qualifications in Mortgage advice and practice working for a large national firm. Although I enjoyed my time with the company and learned a lot, I felt restricted in the advice I could give as I only had access to a limited panel of lenders and wanted to be able to offer an independent ‘whole of market’ service. With this as my motivation, I formed Justin Lusher Mortgages in 2006. I started to build up a client base through Internet enquiries and Estate Agency leads that has grown through word of mouth and recommendations.
Here at Justin Lusher Mortgages, great customer service is at the heart of everything I do and I treat every client with the same care and attention that I would want to receive. I pride Myself in not using all the jargon and nonsense that surrounds this industry, but offer clear, straightforward and understandable advice. I am not just here to find you the best deal and fill in the paperwork for you... I am there for you every step of the way and on hand for any questions and queries at any time.
In February 2013 Justin Lusher Mortgages became a trading style of Equitas Financial Ltd. The reason for this is that I realised that I was unable to provide advice to clients on Pension's, Investments, tax planning, or Long Term Care planning.
