I started my career in financial services in 1999 and trained to gain my qualifications in Mortgage advice and practice working for a large national firm. Although I enjoyed my time with the company and learned a lot, I felt restricted in the advice I could give as I only had access to a limited panel of lenders and wanted to be able to offer an ‘whole of market’ service. With this as my motivation, I formed Justin Lusher Mortgages in 2006. I started to build up a client base through Internet enquiries and Estate Agency leads that has grown through word of mouth and recommendations.
